This patch fix C&C: Tiberian Dawn Special Gold Edition (C&C95) bug - "Right away sir!" units phrase not played in game. Fix working with any version of C&C95: Original, TFD and 1.05.

Source code included.

P.S.: Fix file must be launched from game folder.
