Generally, a preview is preferred with posted stuff like shps and voxels.

I'm saying this now, so we don't have 12 n00bs say it instead. (Anyone who does, gets an instant-ban.. lets just see who actually reads this)

THe buildup isn't very smooth. Too much happens in the last three frames...
Instead, you should have the helipad section and the antennas begin to extend earlier in the anim, rather than having them "appear" in the end..

Other than that, it looks pretty decent.

the damage frames need some work. You just added black holes into the building. Make dark explosion craters but avoid color 0 (ingame transparent).

Hmm... It isn't bad, but TB is right, too much going on in the last frame.

And, as muldrake said, Previews always help build publicity.
