is the GAPLUG4 is the build list and animation list?.

answer:
the animation list if its not added causes random errors.
make sure to check the art.ini as well just to be safe. or check the weapon or tags to make sore its all correct and no obsolete tag is on the building it self
( like eg: isthreatrateingnode=yes this will cause random fails in the code yes its a stupid TS error that never gets found out.)

And sometimes the AI doesn't use the changed stuff properly, hence the reason for the crashing-ness at random times.

EDIT: Okay I think it's due to your new unit called PILOT and changing E1 to PILOT under ;misc
EDIT2: And you NE1 and E1 changes

Problem fixed! It was indeed the pilot. His name was identified as Pilot in Rules:Misc, although his name was PILOT. Crappy mistake...
