English&European&American&Whatever are all HUMAN.
So shut up.
In case you are talking about learning geography (you ment history),
French and German cultures are as different as French and English. Same for English German.
You could say, that there are two "big cultural groups" in Europe:
German and Slavic.
And... when you look at different cultures, you get to the fact that
European and American "culture" are one, commonly called "the West".

The point is, go to you know where Gaffel, and
everyone shut up with your xenophobia.
