The design is a copy form BF2142 :@ It doesn't look anything like a Titan or even the Wolverine looks gay! The Zone Trooper is much closer to the Wolverine design in TS than this piece of crap :@
Don't make me laugh, they look nothing like BF2142 in any shape, form, or fashion anyway.
Besides, they look a little bit more realistic then the TS bullshit. :p
The TS walkers would have needed some serious technology to keep them stable and even capable of moving, these look a bit more balanced, and most likely more feasible IMHO. _________________ ... QUICK_EDIT
I would call Metal Gear Rex the same style as this (ie boxy with legs) rather than Gundam (Transformers-esque humanoid design).
This 2142 mech isn't a million miles away from the Titan. It's hardly the same though.
And the other 2142 mech looks nothing like either of them, it looks a bit more like the old Titan with the cannons in the middle. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
The gamespot videos shoe the titan and wolverine walking. The titan looks ok albeit a little top heavy (but bigger legs would fix it) and the wolverine looks like the rig with legs (it looks more like the wolverine in the video westwood had for tibsun as a sneak peek). _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. Your opinion immediately loses any credibility the moment you use the word gay derogatively.
The designs are fairly similar to the BF2142 style, but there are only really two mech styles - this and the Gundam type.
TS mechs had their own style. _________________ Micro TS

Indeed they did, and call me retro.. but I liked it.
I have to say, for the most part, I could get used to mech designs. The wolverine could easily grow on me. My personal preference would have it on a slim-fast diet, but that is not a necessity.
The Titan however.. its just.. looks wrong for me. The HD shot looks impressive. But ingame, its just a pizza box held up by a pin the middle. The scaling is just, painful. If they shrunk the turret/torso a bit, enlarged the legs, and maybe reduced the size of the gun. I'd be happy with it. I have to give points for the styling, as I really like what they've done for both units, the basic shapes are great, as is the texture and styling.
As much as I loved TS and its designs. I'd be happy with the current renditions of the Titan and Wolverine, if they just sorted out the sizing. _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me. QUICK_EDIT

GDI Steel Talons Combat Engineer - Team Fortress Classic engineer? (Looks like on for sure, even pistol seems the same).
I can just picture the Heavy Harvester rush... Just add a commando.
You were right about whole repair APC thing though.
Titan always looks like what it's about to trip.
Wolverine looks... cute? I dunno.
ZOCOM surely looks somewhat large (although half of the community noticed bo... what ZOCOMS appear to be females).
Rocket Harvester - EA, spamming harvesters as a sport. At least those guys at Aftermath what harvey-only game is boring. _________________ DUNK! QUICK_EDIT
And I kinda preferred it... the mechs remind me of MechWarrior, not C&C.. Sure, MW is cool, but.... I want C&C in my C&C, not MW in my C&C.
Also, random question: What the hell are those... square.. things.. in the Zone Raider picture? Hover tanks? x.x Wtf, I want the sleek Hover MLRS's back, not these... things... _________________

Far from sleek, Kyler, more like boxy, flimsy, and unfeasible in realistic terms.
You go mount a 120mm on a hovercraft thats the same size as the cannon, and tell me how that test goes, KK? ( I'm sure it would do a nice flip and crash. )
Anyway, anyone got a release date for KW? XD _________________ ... QUICK_EDIT

I think the Titan moves much too fast. It's even faster then your avarage tank (atleast, it looks like that in the movie). It should be atleast as slow as the Juggernaut IE (or maybe a bit faster). QUICK_EDIT
They've got like 3 months until the game is released, they'll most likely redo most of the models. _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
