Subject description: country i made, i get IE.

is there something i should know before making new countries playable? for i made a playable country and when i make a computer play that country the game crashes with the IE pop-up...... why is this? help is needed >_< thanks for any replys.

look in your directory for a file called except.txt
The game makes one every time it IE's, and it tells what the problem is

You could always look in the resources topic of this forum.. There's a tutorial for adding a fourth side.

why would i add a fourth side? canada is for alliance. thus making it side GDI.

Oh! It's probably AI script and conflicts in rules. I'm having a very similar problem after I gave Yuri an Ore Refinery.. I can't have him as an opponent any more.

IIRC, you can't add seperate miners for specific countries; all the countries in 1 army must use the same miner...

you can....in my mod yuri has two miners... and a new country in yuri it has th slave miner but can use the normal miner....

Second: with 2 miners, do you mean a normal miner+refinery and a slave miner, or 2 normal miners+refinery Confused
The first can be done. The second can't be done, AFAIK...

I also had this problem before, when I plays with the country I get IE, but when I play with the country it works fine.

The problems was some buildings where missing in [AI] exempel the AI did not have any war factory. Check the owner= tags...
