Alright, I am working on a mod for Yuri's Revenge that I'm going to call the CounterBalance. Basically, I'm down to my last two voxels that I really really need done. I want them at a comparable size to the famous Centurion Siege Crawler but made in two totally different styles. One will be for the allies and the other for the soviets. They need to be rather large as they will be a VERY powerful unit. Basically, I want three to four legs with a giant turret attached.

Asking for walker units is a pretty hefty request, known to some to be a real pain in the backside to get them working..

Personally I would just make them from scratch. Or completely modify an existing one.

Well, actually, I already have a three-legged base if someone wouldn't mind making a gigantic turret?

And I don't have any ideas on how to do this or what I really want the turret to look like... Just as long as it has at least one big cannon and looks big enough to carry passengers or a large crew. I'll even give you guys the base that I am talking about.

Yeah, but I don't have the slightest clue or concept of what to make..

Why not just use the centurion? You use the original base, so I don't see the problem... (You even got the same normals-problem Wink)

Just kidding on the three barreled feature and yes I'm almost finished and it mounts a large barrel. I'm 80% done and I'll post it soon when I'm finished.

Ok its done but you're gonna have to modify and add details, texture , etc.
to the voxel turret if you want desirable results, and i didn't modify the main body, just created an hva to position the turret and barrel.
Anyway heres a picture and zip containing my work done and your cen voxel. Very Happy

The first 16 red colors at the bottom left of your color palette selection area is your remapable colors.

Ah, coolies. I've had some size issues in the game so I got the HVA builder from the resources downloads... Something's funny because I can't make .hva files. What's going on?

Sorry there buddy, I use Vxlse II because it has Hva maker built in it.
Other than that, did you forget to save? because Hva builder automatically makes an Hva when you save. Exclamation

Just click the save button in the HVA builder and it will save a HVA file along with the voxel file.

Alright, now the problems begin...

A: Turret's too big (unbelievable, right?) Fixed

C: HVAs don't quite work right... (Position)

Since I'm in a good mood, just send me voxels and Hva so that I can fix it for you. When this problem is fixed, this topic should be closed.

Me:
1: Turret is still displaced (I think)
2: Barrel looks well positioned.
3: Hva always work correctly and errors are caused by human error(lesson learned).
