Not to criticize, but if you truly did make this it would require 3D. And if you used 3D, you would be able to remove things from the top.
But no, you simply stuck a color, albeit the completely wrong color, over the buildings, to make the new one. So no, you did not make this, or you're simply incompetent as to knowing that you could just remove them in 3DS Max, the presumed source for this.
And if your photoshop skills are at the point where you could scratchmake this like I could, you'd be using layers, and could simply delayer the buildings to get rid of them.

And by the way, even if you did make this, it would suck ass anyways. Unless you're CROSS-EYED and COLORBLIND there's no excuse for such horrendous perspective and texturing. _________________

I knew it! I f*cking knew it! PPM must really have some kind of police to check with each shp, voxel and 3d model if it isn't stolen from someone else without proper credit.

The guys done ztype all wrong, he hasnt taken someone else's SHP and called it his own, he's just cut an image out of a screenshot and released it. yes, he should of said "i converted this from a MGS screenshot, available here..." but your acting like he stole your children and sold them for scrap iron.
