This looks good, good job.
BTW another communist country suggestion. My own country . Chile was the first country that democratically elected a communist government. However it didn't last long due the military takeover and subsequent dictatorial government. My guess is that in RA's world, Chile would have received soviet help, preventing the military takeover, keeping it's communist government. :p QUICK_EDIT

Brazil communist? Are you kidding me? To not say that Brazil never had a communist leader, in 2006, there were few days (less than a week) where the president was away of the country and the vice president was away as well and the deputy that was leader of the congress was temporarily set as the president of the country until the president or vice president returns. He was from one of the communist parties here, but all these communist parties are very weak here. And he didn't do any communist action during this time.
All other attempts to make any communist lead the country failed. In the Second World War, the brazilian dictator was initialy tending to ally with the Axis, but due to the german attacks on some brazilian ships and some diplomatic pressure from the USA (which had many plans to invade the country through the north east), Brazil has joined the alliance in the second world war, fighting the italians.
Brazil always followed the politics from the USA directly or indirectly, implicitly or explicity, therefore, Brazil would have the Allies flag. QUICK_EDIT
It's fictional. In the real world, would Argentina be thrilled to fight alongside the UK? Would Mexico be communist? Burma? Hell, Poland seems to be fighting a civil war there...
Ra2 is about as politically accurate and sensitive as Generals. _________________
Some of those flags are quite poorly done. One example is the bottom-left Soviet flag (Angola), where the Hammer & Sickle could've been made a lot better. _________________

Each flag is 18x24 pixels, which is roughly 400 pixels for each flag...an incredibly small space for someone such as myself who usually works with 300 dpi images. If the Angolan flag was brought to a realistic perspective the Hammer and Sickle would have looked more like a crippled X. Considering the constraints, the fact that you can recongize it means it worked.
Australia and New Zealand are the only flags I have to say that were poor...but that is because of the small space provided in the first place.
Overall, 18x24 can only leave with poor quality when it comes to any image. Just look at the Yuri flag. QUICK_EDIT

Brazil is as communist as Iraq was...both countries have no ties to communism and to some extent heavily anti-communist. However there is no denying that Brazil can be played as a "communist" simply because of it's left-leaning government. In fact, any country that was anti-Western, leftists, terrorist or anti-democratic I simply added to the list.
I think in the RA2 universe any country that fulfills any of these previously mentioned quailities has to be part of the Soviet Union. QUICK_EDIT

You can easily edit these pixel-by-pixel either in Paint or SHP Builder (just import the images to the program and the edit them) to reach better results. _________________

Kazakhstan doesn't need a flag. I did a Kazakh SSR flag a while back, it was still a part of the Union till '91. _________________ PPM's Reichstrollfuherer, 236th Trollenparties brigade. QUICK_EDIT

Netherland ain't that of a problem: you can get them from another place (together with other flags, but not as many as in this package though...) QUICK_EDIT
Amen, Hampshire is Bigger than lichtenstein and more people can point to it on a map... _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
Make a plain English one, England was an individual side in RA1 and who's to say they didn't stay that way? _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
and? Order matters why? Are you really that Nationalist that something that small bothers you?
My home country isn't even there, but I don't mind, the flags are all good _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
not very, Britain is like one of those groups of people who hang around at pubs, they're on good term and will stick up for each other but they are individuals and hate to be labelled as one country. They make jokes about each other and have a little friendly competition, but if it comes down to it we stick up for each other. For example (random example, no offence to anyone) if Norway invaded Scotland (just for the hell ogf it or whatever, i dunno) the Whole British army would resist them, not just the scottish peple.
The English, Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish all have their own identities and national pride, more so with the Englis because we used to rule half the globe .
And England was a selectable country in RA1, why sshould it have changed? _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
