Do you mean where are they located when you´re loocking for them to extract em or where models have to be put for the game to recognize them?

If you want to extract the models, use JonWills extractor. It will find them automatically in the game files, however the w3x format is currently not supported by any freeware importers.

well, thanks for the tools... but again, i need to know the PATH to the specific files. ive looked everywhere and cant find them.

liek D:/games/Tiberium_Wars/core/1.0/apt.big/data/aptui/aptincludeproxy.bin
(thats quite a random path BTW)

There´s no real "path". The files are part of TW´s binary streams which means that they are heavily compressed and mixed with other files. If you are looking for the file location to use it in programs, you should be skilled enough to extract this information from the source code of JonWil´s tools.
