ah..welcome to PPM.ROS is being re-created and i'm do nothing yet because, this's my final term before i graduate.

only 1 thing i can say, new ROS will aim onlyGDI,Nod [and maybe Cabal] and i try to trow out old original c&c unit list to add something new.

Do you consider making a public beta? or a private beta? Like Exodus once made. Everyone knew that the mod was not finished.
