The top banner has a poor effect for the images blending together, try something else.

Other than that, quite nice.

the banner background is nice but blending with the site map aint that good.Also there could be a better site skin...

As said earlier... play with larger area, so they can blend much better. The text is hard to see (the top bar). Otherwise, it has a future.

My eyes are easily attracted to the top, where most of the colours are, however, the rest of the page is dull and harder to focus on. I suggest using a faded picture as a background. As gufu said, the words at the top are hard to see. Lol, you already got an advertisement.
