Can somebody download Cheat Engine to me and then send me the folder in a zip format?

My computer fuc* up when I try Neutral

. Something have happened with all install O.o.

Can somebody do it FAST?

Would be nice to maybe explain what its doing, rather than telling someone to do something for you.

this is a modding community as in we make a new patch kinda thing to the game.... we dont do hacks or cheat engines and im sure most of us are honorable enough to not use such a cheating device.
