Open the PAC's .xml file.

CTRL+F

Search for some sensible things that might relate to the spawning of the fighters (spawn, fighter, etc).

Then use your common sense to work out what to do.

For a more accurate, in the XML file at very bottom. Under weapon.

And I cant get it to show here. But heres the specific line

SpawnNumberData="8"
InitialBurst="8"
