Is there a command line switch that enables launching of a mod without using the mod launcher?

You can create a shortcut for your mod by adding -modconfig [path to the skudef].

A faster solution for starting a Mod is to make an shortcut. For this you have to make a new shortcut pointing to your CnC3.exe. After this you have to insert the parameter -modConfig followed by the Complete Path to the skudef file of the mod you want to start.

this combine with a shortcut of buildmod.bat will fairly increase the modding speed:)
