Hello everyone. Placing the results and maps of this contest in the same day I've received the ratings from Assassin was a quite spartan activity. And, as any rushed activity, we may make some mess ups. And I made one, which I've been receiving a lot of complaints at, about the map downloads. They need to be inside a directory with the map name, inside the map directory. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to fix it now, but once I return from the university, I'll fix it. However, Ante Portas's download is already fixed.


So, as I spoiled, the name of the 7th place is called 'Ante Portas' and, as I didn't spoil, was made by General Aurum, from the CnC Source community. According to him, the name comes from latin and means 'Behind the Gates'. As a native portuguese speaker, I may add that 'portas' is a word more used as doors than gates itself, at least in portuguese from Brazil.. which is derived from latin. Anyway, the map is interesting, very detailed and quite big for a 1 vs 1 urban map, providing some long battles. And the troops in the center can become a problem for your scouts and engineers.

I should post the 5th and 6th place in about 12 hours from now. You may be wondering why, but the fact is... they tied.
