Can some one explain how add custom alpha lights to TSFS.The light that I get always looks corrupted ingame.

Don't use SHP compression when saving the SHP you are using as the light.

they work like normal SHPs, only that they use the fullfnt3.pal or sidefnt3.pal. (both work)
These are in a greyscale only and the color with index 127 is the base color without any brightening.
The colors above 127 are then used to brighten up an area.
Colors under 127 cause problems afaik. (i've never tested them)

You can use ALPHATST.SHP as a basis for your own alphalights.
Since SHP-Builder doesn't has an alphapalette, you have to explicitly load your own.

Once you have one finished, just add it to an ecacheXX.mix file
