Free Web version of Photoshop launches

Here's something that might interest those of you that don't have Photoshop. Not sure how it compares to the real version, but it might work for modding.

It's more of an online photo management thing rather than Photoshop. It's more like Adobe are cashing in on the Photoshop name than anything else. It's also painfully slow (at least on this PC) although it is using Flash.
Picnik is better.

Ahh, I didn't read it other than the heading and a brief scan since I have Photoshop. Figures...

I had high hopes for it being a toned down Photoshop (it was OS-independent and I don't like GIMP and haven't got PS working on Linux with WINE) and Adobe seemed to announce it as that. Annoyingly, it's the only application (apart from games) that holds me back from using Linux as my primary OS.
