Subject description: How do I get multisections together?

Nox Im making a new Voxel Tank and I want to make the tank and the turret as different voxels, so that they both can move seperat in the game.
For example the tank drives in one dircetion but his turret turns and aims a target.
Now I finished the basic tank and I wan to make the turret.

1.) How do I make, that the turret fits to the tank? (size, place)
2.) How do I get those parts together?

First you call the body voxel somethink (call it Tank for example)
You then call the turret, barrel and body:
Tank.vxl (body)
TankTur.vxl (turret)
Tankbarl.vxl(Barrel)
You then open it up in the HVA builder and line it up, the turret rotates around the vertical line, as does the tank when it turns, look out for that Wink.
