Can make a EMP that works in a radius, in other words if a unit or Structure is in the radius of the object the unit or structure is shutdown until the object with the emp is destroyed.The radius would have to be very small like about
5 cells.

That with the EMP: make a workaround. Make a building / a unit with a specified weapon, which hasn't much Range and reload time (or more Range if you want - the only thing is, that you can choose a target....)

Make any weapon with a wahrhead like this then:

[EMPWH]
Spread=5       ;this definate the radius of the EMP effect
EMEffect=yes

I could make a dummy, which should work, shouldn't be a problem... I made a infantry with a similar weapon, so, yes, I tested it (I like the inf... There comes a UAPC and cant do anything because of the inf xD)
