Yuri Mind Enhancer [YR]
I'm releasing this as a public asset from my very old mod that was never finished. The original idea was to have it be a defense structure for Yuri that requires an Initiate to enter it before it becomes active. AFIK, this is not actually possible without EXE haxorz, but feel free to use it for any purpose you'd like, or modify it. Just remember to give credit to Vinifera7 and tmapm.
The attached RAR includes SHPs for the normal and damaged frames, active animations, and buildup. Art and Rules entries to use for a basis are also included in a TXT file. Unfortunately, shadows were never done, nor was a cameo made. Sorry to disappoint, but I will not be adding them, ever.
That's probably the nicest use of the iron curtain ball to date. Although I would point out that the color scheme is more soviet than Yuri. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
Actually this thing is a masterful conglomeration of cut and paste. It uses the ball from the soviet power plant, the base of the soviet barracks, the "podium" from the iron curtain, texturing from the yuri barracks, and barrels and crates from something or other.. all done in ms paint _________________ QUICK_EDIT
