I've decided to organize my plans so that I'll have an outline I can follow. Now I know that these look like A LOT. but don't worry about it, I'm working on them. Besides, apart from the mutants, creatures and power-armored troops, they're all the same 3d human model with different armor types..... with basically the same animations to boot.

The real factions, with working buildings and such are: NCR and BOS.... the others are just bonus enemies and allies. The others are basically "factions" like how neutral and special are.
