AI don't love me

I try to make SP mission map. Only problem is AI build force but they not come to attack me. They only sit in their base. I try to use "Make Enemy" Action but it doesn't work.

I think I don't need any more I found the way. I must let nod attack my unit at least "1" time.(Make trigger in map to create team to attack my base) I think AI don't attack cause they can't find enemy.
