ok i made a model with blender. i rendered it. saved the image, opened shp builder and opened my image. so that works. but do you have to render every singe position on your model like that? or do you make an animation then render the animation?
sorry if this isnt the right place.

You make an animation, looks up using the animation and video sequencer. There should be a blend file with my infantry competition entry that uses this to render.

You need to create an animation if you don't want to render every frame manually (trust me, you don't). In blender you do this by creating animations and then using the sequencer to put them all together and keyframe the camera to the correct rotations. I created an infantry (see the media forum) for the infantry competition and I included the blend file I used to make the infantry that has an example of how to set up the camera positions for the 8 facings using the sequencer. You still need to actually learn how to use the sequencer for my (probably simplistic) work to make sense though.

Is that verbose enough?
