For my private mod I was using RP 1.08 to add some extra modding capabilities. After some testing, I came to the conclusion that the Immunity logic was a bit bugged; some units where immune while they should't be...
So I decided to switch to RP CE to see if this bug was fixed. It is, but now I've got another bug. When using cloud particles, it sometimes leaves a permanent image of the particle. This seems to happen with the Lighting Storm and the Virus clouds. Cloud particles that I've added don't seem to have this bug, but I haven't tested this good.
Now here's my question: is this permanent cloud particle a known bug of RP CE, and if so, is it fixable? And please don't tell me to use RP 1.08 again, because too many things in my mod will fail because of the Immunity bug...

Really, ive never come across this before and the lightning SW clouds arent particles either.

Hmm, maybe my coding is a bit buggy... I'll give it another try.
EDIT: hmm, moral of this problem: don't replace GasCloudSys with something else #Tongue It causes the original users of this particle system (Virus clouds and Lightning Storm clouds (yes, they too Wink)) to act odd...

There's a global particle system that uses [GasCloudSys] instantiated for all owner-less purposes like that - [Animation]->NumParticles * [Animation]->SpawnsParticle on any animation, 1 * [[General]->InfantryVirus]->SpawnsParticle on InfDeath=8 deaths, 1 * [GasCloudM1] on VeinholeMonster agitation... I don't see references by name in any Lightning Storm code, though, it may be using the #0th defined particle system for that.
