Kane's Wrath 1.01 Patch has been officialy released!

The patch sent yesterday to ECG was approved and is now available at the auto-update and other update means. Here's the official announcement from APOC about it:

Hey everyone,
The KW patch officially went live at 5:30AM P.S.T, two hours before I expected it to, finally a nice surprise =)
I will post the download links if you have trouble getting it through autopatcher.
And again, if you downloaded it through Large Downloads yesterday and are having issues, please re-install your game, and re-install the patch through autopatcher or download manually at the links I am going to post here shortly.
Thanks,
APOC
But don't let this post deceives you. In a previous post, he explained that this is the same patch that leaked yesterday.

If you downloaded the KW patch at some point yesterday from the Large Downloads server, this is the correct executable.
So, everyone is happy now, isn't it? Of course no! There are still a lot of bugs to be fixed. And the horde is listing them here. QUICK_EDIT

LOL @ Mad's game. The economy nerf might have been exagerated. And with about 3 harvesters, the average collected was about 2900 credits per minute. QUICK_EDIT
They went a bit too far with everything tbh. Some of the changes I read in the changelog I was laughing at, such as quadrupling costs and build times rofl.
The scrins advanced speed things, I don't realy notice a difference anymore. It's funny though if you have a harvester and you take out theres early game it bascally means game over.
KW is going to be a huge rush fest and that means selling your CY early game for a couple extra units in some cases. QUICK_EDIT
I like the economy now. For some reason I get more cash than I ever did before.
That to me sums up the idiocy of the current C&C...
After an economy nerf patch somebody ends up getting MORE money!! my advice: take back the harv screweyness, and most of this stuff except the stupid (titans crush other titans ) then double ALL the unit build times and I mean ALL of them. this will 1/2 the appeal of rushes and make the game better IMO. _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
He gets more money because he isn't getting harv rushed like he did.
Keeping original eco costs, I would double the buildtimes for the buildings only. Defensive structures and units I would keep the same; Why? It takes more time to tech up to, but if you do get rushed, it's easier to pop out something to defend yourself with. I'm kinda a defender's advantage guy.
I would implament a few other gameplay changes like moving units have 90% of the range of a stopped unit. This increases realism as it's harder to hit on the move, and also gives the defender (who would be standing still) the bonus of having the first hit.
How many people think that the patch they released was not the most up to date one they had but they just released it because the russian one got out? _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT

I got that feeling, too, but only because the patch I got was labeled June even though it was uploaded to EALA's FTP 2 days ago. Perhaps they pulled a Firefox 3 on us and decided not to let us tell the difference. _________________

After finally downloading and installing the patch, I say EA did a good job. One bad thing though: most EA maps don't support enough Tiberium if played with the max ammount of players. Maybe a community-update of the maps to include more money might be a good idea? Then we may be able to fix some bugs on the maps too QUICK_EDIT
