I'm looking to do some C/P infantry but yea theres could be tricky in the SHP editor I was gonna do it in adobe imageready to make them any idea on what format to export it as so when I put it back into shp editor it does'nt go and lose its colour and frames

1.punctuation would be nice.
2.wrong forum. SHP and Voxel foums are for finished stuff only
3.i convert the frames only with XCC mixer. activate "Use for conversion" under View/Palet and select the palette in which you want to convert the frames. Then make sure the frames are a sequence having the name like "myunitXXXX.png" with XXXX a number from 0000 counting up. here you can find more infos.

Ah thought I put the htread in the wrong place #Tongue anyways I got the frames exported problem is if I try importing the modifed GIF or a PCX frame it loads the shadows and gets merged and only has one frame.

XCC has options to separate the shadows, too.

Ok I got a plan for this problem but depends can I import multiple say pngs imported to 1 shp or would it take alot of work to do?

this is also something I wanna know because i've worked out how to get buildings out of maya this way just depending on how I can get SHP editor working right
