is it possible to make a unit attack another unit and take drain its health into itself? also would making a "The Flood" unit be cool? (from halo duh!)
like with 10 little floods put into one unit? (Dont steal my idea! unless its already been created...)

I do know how to make those little Flood thingies turn a soldier into a big Flood dude #Tongue I've tried to create an Halo mod before, but I failed at creating the shp's for it...

Though there is a way for just one unit of the flood to convert other infantry into one big flood guy. Yuri's Revenge NPatch supports parasite logic so if the warhead has parasite=yes and you make a custom infantry death/anim and code it properly, you can get a "The Flood" big unit verses smaller ones... What I say you do is you have a single SHP of 10 individual floods but they count as 1 unit. That's how I'd go about doing it.

My advice: Read some tutorials on changing infantry types with the infdeathanim tags. I'm sure there's one because I've seen it. (Maybe not a tutorial but a question, perhaps).

Concept: Not neccessarily cannon to the Halo universe, an interesting idea would be to have two separate units. The first would be a basic slightly-larger-than-human sized flood, and then a midget-sized flood. When the human sized flood dies, a deathweapon could be made to spawn several of the smaller ones..... but yeah.... it would be interesting.... Smile

stealing health,

that can be work like this,

attack at damage 2
Damage = 2
Anim = (replace it to something that makes damage -2)


now, see any differnce with stealing ?
