Adding new flag problem

I want to add a new flag to my new countrie, but I get strange problems.
Look at the attached file, and look how it turns up ingame:

There are different PCX formats, of which RA2 wants a specific one.
Convert them using the XCC Mixer and you're safe (photoshop pcx or similar don't work).

I've run into this before. I resaved my PCX file in PSP and RA2 read it just fine.
