is it posible to make the game no end when all buildings are destroyed but when the units are destroyed

so you dont lose unit your last unit is destroyed

Yes, but you have to add every unit that is supposed to count for victory manually to GameData.ini, VictoryConditionUnitObjectFilter (someqhere around line 600). Note that you must enter the units´ ID preceded by a +.
