Or did they delete this code from TS?

The reason I ask is because the economy of my mod is kinda based on supcom, where credits are produced over time from buildings. I could max out the number of credits a person could have per production facilitiy, that would be great.

The lines are still used IIRC, but the game doesn't read them anymore. So no, the logic is gone...
