Yes, its already in the game, you have to enable it by editing the rules.ini...

You want to say, using the dropship in skirmish?

Well, forget that, dropship logic is completely bugged IIRC and the dropship movements in the missions should be script-based.

You can only use the dropship as image for any usual unit, whysoever. Therefore, you have to add Image=DSHP to your unit.
