easy there, killer.
First you should learn how to edit the rules.ini file, then you'll be able to make one yourself.
There are plenty of good tutorials in the tutorials forum that you can use to help you out.

why do you created a new topic? the old one had already the same question?
and again is the topic title not useful at all!

In addition is there an edit button. you should use this the next time and also continue topics which you've already started.
Reading the forum rules wouldn't be wrong too.

can a mod/admin please merge this topic and that.
