TO, because it has a more focussed design. The units and structures have a purpose about them, without unnecessary spires and spikes.
But TI has a darker, more macabre style to it, so I'm going to vote TO now and wait until both are released to make a final decision.
All in all, The staff on both mods shouldn't bother with petty arguments like this, but try to continue their standard of work. QUICK_EDIT

Both TO and TI have a healthy competition, and it's definitely helped improve the quality and productiveness of both mods.
Well from a staff viewpoint for both projects, I'll say the style is very different for both.
Odyssey is very systematic and organized, and it has retained a good quality of work in our mod. Unfortunately this approach seems slow the speed of production down - but I tell you this though, it'll be worth it in the end
In TI however we're very laid back, and doesn't exactly follow a strict set of guidelines. It's been more open to public assets, which has helped to move progress along. It's also been open to a lot of randoms, like brown water infested with giant thorns, blood spattered pavement, and heaps of cars piled on a slope

No it hasn't. TO uses a lot more public assets than TI as far as I know, I have a very strict policy about using public assets as I've never been a big fan of them, though I do use the odd few (about 3) as I simply like them.

I Think you're making TI sound a lot different to what it actually is. The Majority of the things that have been made have had a purpose behind them and are not entirely "randoms". The Thorn water for an example has a story behind it which was posted here a long time ago. The carp piles and bloody terrain where also meant to be part of a story-line which ended up being canceled for reasons that do not matter any more. I do see where you're coming from however.
Three of the things we take great pride in on the Twisted Insurrection Team is our Terrain, Nod Buildings and Campaign as they're all unique and the styles are not really seen a lot elsewhere. Non-the-less, I'm happy with what I've been reading in here, not just because TI is winning the poll but because we're being compared to a mod that has been in progress 2+ years longer than TI has, this kind of thing really does inspire me and just goes to show that hard work doesn't always go to waste. I voted Twisted Insurrection because I've got a soft spot for the terrain and the more Nod-focusedness of it all. TO however, seems fairly GDI-oriented. Personally though, they are both great and I wish both the best of luck. They both have consistently different content and goals which makes them better. _________________

As Destiny said, they both excel in different areas.
This isn't something really that should be a competition, But could be fun counting the downloads . They're both going to be well known mods when out.
