There's been IPS Driver Errors with the TiberiumWeb database for a couple of days already. What that basically means is that you can't access the forums at all, or see anything but scribbles of connection errors in the main page. What's going on?

I have no clue what's going on... I was disappointed that this error happened, because I was about to ask The DVD if I could get my mod hosted there as a pre-alpha project...

There's already a topic for this where DvD already acknowledged the problem but didn't know what was causing it. If anyone knows if Python has been getting on MSN or anything, then maybe he should be asked. Iirc he did set the site up in the first place.

Hey guys, nice to see that you still care.

I have been very busy these weeks, i really do not have time to be the admin of any site, so yeah..

I did put some effort into trying to fix TibWeb. I narrowed down the problem to faulty or imcompatible php settings at our host and tried a lot of things to various effect, but i still cannot get the forum to work, new installations are not working. And Python has not replied to my message on msn, so he must be busy with life aswell. I do not have the technical expertise to do anything more at this point.

If anyone serious want's to 'have' TiberiumWeb, they can. I know a few of you would be interested, and would do a much better job of caring for it than i would. The deal is as follows:

Someone would have to set up an account at a hosting provider. No, i do not recommend Sitegrounds.com anymore Wink

The domain name(s) will be mine and i'll keep paying for them.
Same goes for the forum license at first, to ease transitioning.. but i would prefer converting to a free forum software later on.
We'll try to copy the forum database to the new host.

Alternatively, if anyone is very sure he/she can 'fix' tiberiumweb (someone trustworthy with extensive php/sql knowledge (this includes comrade vonkriplespac) ), i could give this person access to our FTP, and we could possibly fix tibweb and stay at our current host. In this case, i would also want to find a new administrator team to keep the site alive.

I can help you the DvD if you want, but I don't have much knowlage about php or sql but it is enough to keep my site running, and I got a friend who may help us (he is a computer engineer) Smile

Time to call the host and have them perform CPR on the site then, if possible.
