Is it possible to create a new theater in the game, you have urban, new urban, snow, desert,lunar. I have created 30 new tile sets for new urban, but when I load other maps they some times crash. my tiles work when i create a new map so i want to create a new one so the maps in this format wont crash.

I don't think it's possible... I, myself, never toyed with this. Thought it MIGHT be possible in a future patch, or a future rockpatch like RP2, but I dunno.

I have added theaters to Tiberian Sun before...

When i get time off from work, ill re write all my code and sort the patch out.
