helps if you could describe alittle more,
ether you want to edit it(use a .Big file opener)
or change the name so it says INIZH which will read better and
fix any start up errors.

here(file attached):

Just add a new cash amount,just follow the trend,
just a bit of advice,adding new colours should be easy but you need to use strings in another file(abit over worked by EA)

just add a new line like this:

Code:
MultiplayerStartingMoneyChoice
  Value = X
End

(X being what number of cash you want to start with)

Also you need to place this into zero hour/Data/INI
if you don't have the directory in your zero hour then make it by creating a fake one with same names and placing it in there(it should be there by default.

multiplayer.ini
 Description:

Download
 Filename:  multiplayer.ini
 Filesize:  2.58 KB
 Downloaded:  122 Time(s)

Change the value of:
R:
B:
G:

to the colour you want,
you can make a completely new one,but it won't show up
with the name; just the text eg "Missing:NewGreen"

its the levels of all 3 primary colours,current graphics allow the number to be as high as 255,of coruse that depends on you graphics card,

for example black would be
R:0
B:0
G:0

and white would be
R:255
B:255
G:255

some graphics programs tell you the RBG content of a colour you use.
