Possibly @ DaFool, and later on I will, Dutchy.
The method I used was-
QME 3.0 Full patched to 3.1 (Quake Model Editor) and using the models from ZDOOMGl (which are in md2 format)
I rotated the model on the Y axis by -30 degree and used QME's snapshot function at 1x zoom to get a shot of each frame of animation. The increment of Z axis rotation was 45 degree
I then scaled it down by 70% with MS Paint.

The red is remap.

Thats a problem with the animation. Not much I could do about it.
(also, if you check the fellow out up close, he is quite bulky)

Like I said, TS palette, and RA2 palette lack the vibrant reds needed for Chain Gun Guy.

1) Exactly how did I even slightly imply that I beleive I care what you think? If it was by pure virture of a response, then you returned the favor.
2) It's original in the one tiny sense. Was is original when the US landed on the moon? Jules Verne would say differently, but under your logic it was a compltely original thing. Of course it is a talented 3d modeler, who would have this "everyone must live up to my standards" mentality. Not all of us can simply open up our favorite modeling program and assemble a decent model, let alone a demon, soldier or tank.
As for TF2/HL2 model rips for use as infantry in RA2, I believe that is completely original. Certainly the first time I heard such a proposal. But I agree with you Icy, using an untapped resource is lame.
As for the usage of those models, I am looking into the whereabouts of the authors, or if their usage in this way is permitted.
