The Silent Hill games were pretty freaky. Though I only played very little of F.E.A.R. as I don't own it but it was pretty damn awesome in that kind of way.

Though one of my friends got that new Dead Space game and he said it is 100X more scary/freaky than F.E.A.R. It is on my list of games to get and play...eventually. lol
Fallout 3 looks like it might be freaky in the sense of how the post-apocalyptic/nuclear war surrealism goes. I mean honestly....it looks pretty damn good in the way they made the cities look and stuff. That is probably on the top of my list of games to get once I get a better system running...if ever. Rolling Eyes

The game that made me jump the most was Aliens versus Predator 2, I always played as the Marines. I didn't like being an Alien or Predator, they weren't fun to me. The reason why I found myself jumping a lot is because of survivor mode online; when you died you would turn into an Alien. So, after a while, 11 marines would turn into 10 Aliens with you as the last guy running around hearing screaming noises all around you. Laughing
