being an old rusty guy here in the community... i should know everything at modding RA2/YR a lot... because most of my mod works are made there... but the thing is i skip this thing out... Maps

I sound again like a noob right now... so i might ask questions to it...

Is it possible to create a cooperative-like campaign in skirmish? like...
the GUI will be changing and showing some text briefings before you start...
Locked Sides when you are choosing, for example... America is only side available... and for the enemy... no toggle options for Difficulty/Side/team etc...
A Fixed Enemy Side before you start... like in the coop...

it sounds not a coop on what im thinking... it will be somewhat like a skirmish singleplayer... and may i now know if its possible or not...
or still achivable only at the Multiplayer Cooperative...

Well im thinking for my mod having a generals challenge campaign mode... that can be used only for 1v1 Skirmish...

There was co-op in either RA2/YR, presumably moddable.

u can try by adding in a co-op game mode with certain multilayer maps that are triggered to be somewhat of a singleplayer map. although not as effective because singleplayer maps handle triggers better than multiplayer (and by this i mean more options)

hmm...

singleplayer can achive everything...
but it limits my style of playing like...

In Zero Hour... in challenge campaign you can choose different generals and fight with in 7 maps continuously...

i played recently the 2 player Cooperative YR Campaign with my friend...

i kinda like it but its 2 player against 2 AI...

and maybe if i put cooperative mode to skirmish... it may be obsolete O__o
