Well, I decided to do this since I was recently away from home on a trip.
Its only a crappy background, but the main thing was the vector head.

Just throwing this out there incase anyone may have future use for it.

Yeah thanks, I originally wanted to put Yuri's slogan that was in Latin. But I couldn't remember it and made it up quick, like 5 mins quick.

I may make a better background or loadscreen. Also, mask? I'd love to see that lol.

Nice stuff, im impressed.

Normally making vector versions of any toned media takes me hours. Did you Flash it or Illustrator it?

No, it's not. Get your facts straight. That's cyrillic, a type of alphabet used in Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia and some other countries.
