well i dont know... what caused... i already check it at modenc and its a malformed input... i recheck codes i put recently... they are all correct... but the still having IE at beginning when Loading...

Your codes are not all correct. Check the warheads, one of them has less Verses than it should.

I checked everything...
i found some errors in my code... or ancient errors...

a same number in the Warheads list... like 58= and another 58=

i found 2 warheads who have no % after the number... one of them but i didnt touch them ago... like the ElectricAssault warhead... hmm... i noticed that even in the ordinary YR still have no %

one warhead i twice put ProneDamage
and one warhead i put AmbientDamage= which is not meant for warhead alright...

all of those are now fixed... but again... IE still occurs at the near start when i commence the game...

hmm... the exception still occured at 007CAF66
but... i now corrected it all... O__o

What warhead did you change last just before the first time this IE showed up?

I choose different sides but IE still occurs... i make AI choose also different... IE again... and then... I removed the two last things i put, one superweapon and one building... all its rules, art, etc... and still it IE again O__o

Yes, Verses supports non-percentage numbers. That's not the bug, not having 11 values in Verses is.

well i undo again the last few things i put... i see that the weapon and land targeting have some issues with it...and also the OmniFire on the unit that has turret... mmm...

and i kinda fixed it.. well thanks anyway... i should be careful with these...

i thought i would have major code restart... lol...
