Patrol order and Waypoint for a Building

I have 2 Questions, maybe nooby but i really don't know how to do this. I already checked the Keyboard Keys in the Option and the Manual.

I want to make my Units Patrol from One Point to the other all the time and if enemy units come along they should attack them. After they're destroyed they have to go on with their Patrol.

And how do i give a Building a Way point, so if i Build a unit, the Unit does not just stands in front of the Production Build no, it heads to the point which i selected.

I thought the building waypoint thing was alt+click... Anyways, for the units patrolling, I believe it deals with the waypoint system in the waypoint tab. Set a loop, then order your units to follow it... I don't use waypoints though, personally, but I think this might work.

for buildings: select the building, press and hold alt, then click on the point to which the units should move when they are build

for patrols: select the waypoint button in the sidemenu or press "w". create a waypoint path. For a loop select the last waypoint and press shift while clicking on the first waypoint again.
Select some units and click with the mouse while holding ctrl+alt (so they guard along the waypoint-path) on one of the waypoints.

Another thing, those a command exist that orders units to move to the selected point and attack everything of enemy origin on their way?

ctrl+alt
just like the waypoint patrol command.

Nope, if i do that my units just move to the selected point and dont attack any enemy units on their way. Only when they arrive the start defend the selected point.

with ctrl+alt your mouse cursor should change too

if it doesn't, you press the wrong keys, have something different set in the game options for the key settings or your keyboard is broken/old so it doesn't supports 2 keys pressed at the same time.

btw, the c&c manual has all these answers too Wink

Nah, no procen Keyboard or different settings.

The Def Cursor appears but like i said before:

Moment mal, kannst ja deutsch. Also:

Gibt es eine Action die meinen Einheiten befiehlt das sie alles attackieren was auf ihren weg liegt (gegenrischen ursprungs) bis zu dem Punkt wo ich hingeklickt habe.

Wenn ich das mache was du meinst, rücken meine Einheiten nur bis zu dem Punkt vor und wenn sie da sind dann verteitigen sie den Punkt erst. Ich möchte aber das sie schon alles auf ihren Weg angreifen.

strg+alt macht genau das. meine einheiten bewegen sich dorthin und machen alles nieder was ihren weg kreuzt. Das klappt aber nicht wenn du in unentdecktes terrain klickst, sonder nur bei bereits aufgedeckter karte.
