At the moment i'ms till very confused with the spies main effects on Tech Structures and the infamous Bomb which has no control Sad that i know of, I know that if a spy unit enters:

A power plant the base is powered down for abit.

A MCV View from all structures and (implaced bomb from the Big ! over the units Cameo), Also a nasty Mini map disable for the enemy player.

A Ref For theft of cash
and Productions structures are put on hold.

but what happens when a spy enters a Tech structre? The last Ra's had new units ect based on the factions eg. chrono Seal(alled faction spy on another allied faction) =/

the main problem with costom units other than infantry and aircraft is that the soviets dont have enougth slots left
eg tesla tank could be built by any army using an extra slot but the soviets.

i am going to have a look into this spying at some point.
