I'm looking for a publicly-released Red Alert 1 MCV that was posted somewhere in the modding community. I've done searches here at PPM as well as on the Sleipnir Stuff and Revora forums but to no avail. If I remember correctly, it was made either by Raminator or Mig Eater.

Please, help make me look foolish by finding this voxel. It must be somewhere really obvious that I haven't checked yet...or I fail at using search functions properly.

Well, I'm not quite that foolish. I saw that thread and its discussion of MCV voxels and other voxels that could suffice for an MCV. I'm looking for a very specific voxel, RA2-sized, that looked exactly like the RA1 MCV. I think it had a brown scheme or Soviet scheme with a red (remappable?) star on the door to the cab.

That's the exact one I was looking for. I think it was publicly released way back then? Or was it designated for a particular project and I'm mistaken?

Hmm... At least, I thought that voxel by Mig Eater was the one I was thinking of yet you say it wasn't released. I could swear the one I'm thinking of had a public download since I recall downloading it to view more closely in VSE (where it appeared more brownish)...

The RA1 MCV tho was just randomness, I was planing to post it before but didn't have time here you go tho.
