Eh. The Dutch invasion of the C&C community started ages ago. The only 2 decent map editors made for C&C1 are both made by Dutch people (one of those being Olaf Van Der Spek). And let's not forget Judeau, DVD, Bittah...

Well,the CnC comunity used to have 3 romanian modders(Me,mireazma and MaxCS) but I'm the last one who's active.

Other than that,a whole bunch of germans,english,dutch,chinese and others.

Middle of nowhere, quite literally. Buggenhout, near Dendermonde. As far away from any major city as you can possibly be; exactly in between Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.
