that looks really odd. Can you post a perspective viewport shot of this? _________________ You come for the modding but you stay for the Crap Forum. QUICK_EDIT

Turret is improperly sized and positioned for the body.
I never really got why they left so much of the Guardian's turret unskinned, however. If you look at the cameo image, the turret is fully textured, with no distracting black areas. _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90

lookin at that Barrel kinda reminds me of the barrel of the predator tank in TibWars. Is EALA lossing ideas and imagination and are just re-texturing models from C&C3? QUICK_EDIT
I'm sayin these; the models were ripped using 3D ripper DX9.0 then, rendered the ripped models by "deleeting the un-necessary things" and showing only what i want to show. 3D ripper dX 9.0 captures a "scene" with all the textures and rendering techs as per available in its databse whilst "saving the whole "scene" as a 3D ripper dx format "composite" scene" by its last rendered "position" explaining the awkward position".
The program saves the scene on its "last seen" view port" explaining the awkward rendetion. Only those who really knows the application can and may "reconstruct the images into its proper orientation in accordance to real world - game world and 3dS orientaion and into a very usable reference as what we all may have wanted it to be... (which i could) QUICK_EDIT
For everybodies information: RA3 can be modified without the SDK. but only limitedly. Its like tasting an icecream only by looking at it. EALA is very ...... selfish nowadays.... they dont want us fans making fun of them by showing them the error of their ways. Heck, The fans is bound to show them those error anyway, by not buying their upcoming crappy games. QUICK_EDIT
Or the fans could make their own modding tools like they did for Westwood C&C Games. So much for being the 'lifeblood' of C&C if they require EA's tools to make mods. Most of which just remake older games anyway.
Kudos to the Ren community though for working with RenX for almost 10 years now. God bless them and that awful tool. QUICK_EDIT
