Its definitely "Buildings PhotoShop Desing".
Make your image in paint first (8x zoom), then copy into photoshop.
Then mess around until you get your desired building.
Save as PNG and leave it in the ra2 folder for 7 days.
When that time passes, rename the extension to SHP.
If it doesn't work ingame, you done something wrong.
Try cropping, recentering, and redoing the codes.
If it still doesn't work, then your rulesmd must have got corrupted. Get a new one.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use shp builder. It crashs the game 70% more than photoshop.
