Some More PPM Mod Updates
Subject description: Being as I missed a few things in the previous post
I Missed a few things out of my last post (I blame not getting enough sleep), so here are a couple of the things I've missed out that has been going on on PPM.
Helios War: Defend the Homeland
The total conversion mod for Tiberian Sun Helios War: Defend the Homeland is a new mod to get hosted on PPM but has been in the works by daTS for a very long time (many different attempts have been posted in the Mod announcements section. He has posted previews of new buildings such as the Ore Refinery.
Twisted Insurrection
The project Twisted Insurrection for Tiberian Sun lead by Aro (myself) has been updated with many new in-game images in the Random Images Thread showing previews of the new work in progress terrain and showing off the new AI and a new map (the full preview of the map hasn't been posted yet). Go here to check out the thread.
Invasion Confirmed
DaFool has been working really hard on his total-conversion mod for Generals, Invasion Confirmed. The mod aims to re-create units and buildings from different Red Alert eras as accurately as possible in a more simple style. Previews of new units have been posted such as the Tesla Tank.
Tiberian Sun: Asset Expansion
Tiberian Sun: Asset expansion has been in the works for a long time by Regulus and his small set of staff which I already showed some previews in in the last news post and already has some releases. I've been requested by a member of the TS:AE staff to mention the Community Project for TS:AE where you can contribute to TS:AE by creating some derelict vehicles using a toolkit that Regulus has posted up. Go here to check out the community project.
Tiberian Sun: World of Insanity
Joshy has announced that he has continued work on World of Insanity (a mod for Tiberian Sun). Recently the mod has been moved to the release section after a small release posted by Joshy (which has now been removed if I remember correctly. The only thing that has been shown of the continued project is a new terrain tile indicating that the terrain will be different and possibly remade. Go here to check out that particular thread.
And again, that's it for now, I'm not sure if I missed anything (this job isn't as easy as you'd think). I apologize if I missed anything out and Good luck to all your project leaders. QUICK_EDIT
