Another Tiberian Fate unit.

The idea was that instead of the normal MRVs that were slow and hard to use for anything more than a buddy for a wall of Tick Tanks or Artillery, in Tiberian Fate Nod would get hovering UAVs that were reasonably speedy, could cross rivers, and would make both cheap scouts and good mobile support.

I believe the top rotor was set up as a turret while the little tail prop was its body anim or something.
